The housing is made of resistant, powder-coated DKP steel. The ALR 1,2,3,4 series fans are made of galvanized steel; 
ALR 5,7,8 series fans are made of aluminum and are designed for single extraction. 
The ALR series has a simple rotation option for setting the desired direction. 
The low-noise fan unit has an asynchronous external rotor motor with an additional motor cover.
